After nine continuous months of preparation for this exam, I'm glad that it’s finally over. In all honesty, I felt that I was pretty prepared for this exam. Mr. Felder had given us countless essays and multiple choice exams to prepare us and help understand the way the AP test is designed. I’m very glad that I was given the opportunity to take this course because it was a great way to help expand my writing and communication skills.
The exam on Wednesday was a fair test and most of the things I learned throughout the course was applied. In my opinion, the most difficult part of the exam was the multiple choice section. There were many complicated questions and I tried my best to narrow down the answers between two choices. I paced myself pretty well and finished the section with four minutes remaining. The essay section was was a little complicated when thinking about good examples to use, but overall I think it was a good exam.

  1. I can relate with your comment about pacing yourself well. The multiple choice was a bit tricky, but I was able to finish with a surprising minute left. For the essays, I also finished with some time to spare. The difference was that I finished with more time an questioned the devices I used for my rhetorical analysis essay afterwards. Which essay did you have the most difficulty with?

  2. Annie Bananie!
I see you kissing butt in that first paragraph, I see you...
Jokes aside, I completely agree with you when you stated that the test was fair. I think we were well prepared and that kind of helped confidence wise. Even with some challenging passages to get through and tricky essays to write, it wasn't anything completely out of the ordinary. If you could go back and change anything about your performance on the test, what would it be?

  3. Hello Pineapple,
The first paragraph was a sweet tribute to our founding father Mr. Felder. I totally agree with you on how prepared we were. You mentioned that the test was fair, and I completely agree. We were well prepared and there were no huge surprises. Which essay did you find the least fair?

  4. The test was fair. I felt relatively prepared for this test. The test that we had taken for Mr Felder had given us a feel of the actual AP exam. I believe that even though the test was designed to restrain people from having time to read answer, we were able to stay above it all and answer majority of the questions. What examples did you use for most challenging essay?
